My Adventure in Strasbourg, France

So I have been travelling again. Some of you may notice that I have not been updating my blog for the past few weeks. In fact, I have changed job and have travelled around the UK and France for the past two weeks! In this blog, I will be sharing with you my itinerary for 72 hours in Strasbourg/ Alsace area of France.

La Petite France
Strasbourg is a small city and it is best explored on foot. You will discover a lot of beautiful buildings and romantic spots. First stop, I would suggest Petite France, the most well known tourist spot in Strasbourg. Petite France area is full of medieval architectures. In the past, it was an area for tanning houses and slaughter houses. Nowadays, due to its unique, romantic and peaceful environment, it is a popular tourist spot for honeymoon and leisure travel. |

Lunch at Flamme & Co.
Time for Lunch! There are many restaurants in Strasbourg. Le Petite France has some of the best restaurants in town. For lunch, I suggest the Flamme & Co. for the traditional Tarte Flambee (a traditional Alsace dish). The restaurant offers a modern twist to this traditional dish. We had a foie gros flambee and a salade jambon de parme. The dish came in decent portion and was delicious.

Strasbourg Walking Tour
If you have a couple of hours in hand, I suggest walking around the river. In my opinion, this is the best way to explore the town. See below for my suggested route!
