My Bali Adventure
07:36I wish I could have more time in Bali. That was the first thing that came in my mind once stepping in the plane home. Bali is truly amazing. Bali is also known as the Island of the Gods. It has rich landscape including mountains, volcanoes, rugged coastlines, sandy beaches and rice terraces. You will also be amazed by its unique and spiritual culture. And did you know, Bali has some of the best restaurants in the world!
Ubud Tegalalang Rice Terrance
I enjoy walking and hiking very much. Trekking in rice fields is one of the most popular activities among tourists. Our guide drove us to this beautiful Ubud Tegalalang Rice Terrance for a short trek. It took us less than 45 minutes to finish the walk with multiple photo breaks. Just a friendly reminder, if you decide to trek in one of theses rice fields, I recommend wearing proper trainers/ walking boots. I was in sandals and that was no good...| Photo: Serafina S. +ubud tegalalang |
Ungasan Beach
Ungasan Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever visited. I am not going to lie, access is not easy. I suggest renting a car and a driver to take you there.

Uluwatu Temple
This temple is built on a 70 metre high cliff and the tip of a coral reef. This mountain is inhabited by monkeys and they are known for snatching visitors belongings.| Photo: Serafina S +Tanah Lot and Uluwatu Temple Tour |

Batur Village
As a country of over 350 ethnic groups, the cultural diversity of Indonesia deserves to be explored. One of the best way to learn about their culture is by visiting hidden villages. The Village of Batur locates at the foot of Mount Batur, this village has kept its architecture, culture and tradition.

St Regis Hotel
So, where to stay? For me, Bali is a place to relax and treat yourself. Our top pick is the St Regis resort. Not only it has one of the best private beach, it also has some exceptional restaurants and butler service.
Besides St Regis, you may also look at hotels and resorts in Nusa Dua area. Most of the hotels in this district have their own private beach. Perfect for relaxation.
