IT'S FINALLY DECEMBER! It is the time of the year when we start preparing for Christmas. Putting up Christmas tree, Christmas Shopping, Decoration and many many more. I am going to write a Christmas related blog every week in the whole of December. In this very first blog, I am going to share with you my five favourite Christmas Markets in Europe.

Vienna Christmas Market

From Mid-November, the Rathausplatz becomes a magical winter wondreland. More than 150 stores offer everything you know about Christmas. From decorations to hot coco. You will shop till you drop. But before you drop and hop on a taxi back home, don't forget to check out the spectacular City Hall surrounded by festive decorations. 

Birmingham Franfurt Christmas Market

Every year, Birmingham brings you an authentic Frankfurt market. Same as other Christmas Market, it offers many festive gifts and souvenir. My favourite thing to do in this market is to have a hot frankfurt sausage and a Baileys Hot Chocolate shopping souvenirs in snowy weather! Can it get any more festive?!


Prague Christmas Market

2014 is the 15th Anniversary of Prague Old Town Square Christmas Market. Apart from the romantic and family friendly advent traditions. Prague Christmas Market is known for its open air concert performances!

Der Weihnachtsmarkt am Gendarmenmarkt, Berlin

Did you know, there are more than 10 Christmas market just in the town of Berlin! Germany is known for its Christmas market. So in this blog post, I am actually featuring two of their markets! Der Weihnachtsmarkt am Gendarmenmarkt is the biggest among all.

Jena Christmas Market

What I love how cozy the Jena Market is. And they have a special tradition to this market! The Christmas market is opened when the first cut is made in a giant four meter long stollen cake!
